In addition to having over 25 years of professional legal experience, Ross L. Wilber is a lifelong resident of Michigan, where he resides with his wife and two daughters. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and attended law school at The Detroit College of Law, where he was placed on the Dean’s List, before receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from The Wayne State University Law School. Ross has represented both individuals and businesses in a variety of legal matters, including estate planning, family law and divorce, drinking and driving offenses and license restoration appeals, social security disability claims and appeals, civil and commercial litigation matters, business law, debt collection, and the formation of closely held companies such as S Corporations and Limited Liability Companies.
Prior to forming The Law Offices of Ross L. Wilber, PLLC, Ross worked with several small to mid-size law firms and was in house counsel to a multistate commercial construction company, where he supervised the legal department. It was in these early positions that Ross was able to hone his skills as a litigator and business lawyer as well as developing the knowledge and experience necessary to guide his individual clients through a myriad of legal issues and cases.
